I don't know if this question has already been asked before (I think I saw it once, but its probably deleted by now)
But I want to know what's a good program to use to create GIF's. :(

As of now, i'm just using a free site to make a GIF.
Along with that, is there any tips to create a smooth transition in GIF's and compiling different animations into one?
(Ex: A constant moving BG while eyes are blinking or there is a blush animation going on)

ANY ANSWERS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I personally use photoshop and I quite like it. However if you don't want to spend money on photoshop or don't want to torrent it; gimp is a good alternative.

There is also a free version of photoshop that adobe made free - CS2
I use it just for animations and it works fine for me. if you don't mind having a slightly outdated program to work with it might be useful too. https://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-downloads.html
