If you're not already a creator, you have to pay $9.99 to become one. Your shop disappears and no one can access any of your products/stickers if you ever stop your VIP payments. (Change came mid-2012) Unless you make money head over foot via people purchasing your stickers, it's not worth it.
Also, you cannot use the cash payout system for just sticker payments anyway. That is a change IMVU is slowly trying to enforce so that people are not abusing the payment system created for creators. It's already completely banned for file sales and it's heavily advised that artists stick to credits to prevent any chance of them losing their account/creator privileges. (Kind of a slap to the face for artists and other people who use it, but at the same time, artists were never intended to make money from IMVU anyway.)
I'm not saying it will be helpful at all, but you could screenshot any messages you had with him regarding his payment and what the payment was for, send that in to IMVU and inform them the 15,000c was a payment for artwork you created for him to use on IMVU, and maybe they'll get them back for you.
Another option is to only allow direct transfers of credits and/or Paypal. Not really a whole lot that can happen to him on IMVU since, again, no one else besides creators were intended to make a profit and they don't really care.@PALIATE

I haven't had VIP for many years now and my catalog is still available? Is that because of the grandfather account thing?
And what do you mean you can't use cash payout for sticker payments? That's currently what I'm doing, would I get banned??
(these are genuine questions)

If you joined the creator program on your account before the change in 2012, you are grandfathered into the creator program. Anyone who created an account or joined the creator program after will need to have VIP in order to create and keep their shop visible to the public.
IMVU is slowly but surely making sure that creators are the only ones who can use the cash payout system. Their first major advancement towards this goal came when they banned the selling of files using their currency/economy. There hasn't been an official answer on whether or not buying/selling of things other than files is banned
, but a few users asked how they would go about finding people still using the cash payout system for file sales.
Their response was the same as usual. They do random catalog audits and your account is at risk of receiving one each time you make a payout request. If they see that most, or all, of your income comes from support/payment stickers or the like, it is at their discretion to decide if they feel like you're abusing your payout privileges and can revoke your access to the creator program and/or disable your account. They will not discriminate where the money came from and what it was a payment for. Bad choice of wording on my part. Should have said "You shouldn't use it" vs. "You cannot use it."
Should also remind you that IMVU's customer service team, who do most of the disabling and audits, have poor communication with the actual IMVU staff, so if you ever have problems with this, your chances of getting your account back are slim to none.
tl;dr - You're putting your creator privileges and account at risk if you're using the payout system to make a profit off anything other than actual products, even if IMVU won't give a clear and direct answer. However, you are your own person and can do as you please if you are willing to accept any consequences that may come out of it.

Wow I never thought that it was so risky,I should consider the consequences and thanks a lot for providing such usefull information

No problem. I don't talk to many people on IMVU these days, but if I ever come across someone who has had problems for accepting sticker payments for anything besides files, I'll be sure to relay that information to anyone who needs it on how the process will typically work if you have a chance to get your account back.

I just got back from out of town I looked at my credits I do not have 15k I have no clue of what you are talking about so please fill me in I Can make a support case? about this To see what happen to them also I can send another 15k If imvu says something that they can't be returned to you.

Says for itself :/ I showed a picture here on how IMVU support replied to me that the credits you gave me was taken by YOU the next day. Said that you requested to retrieve it back.

No I didn't Because I have no credits on my account Wth. I will send 15k to you again okay? Let me buy some.

Can you show me your credit log on that day. From July 12 to July 14 (Because the credits was taken on July 13)

I dont want to seem rude, but I just asked for the days from July 12 to 14. Every other date is irrelevant at this point. If you can provide me those dates and the credits you had then I am incredibly sorry on my part for reacting horribly on this whole situation, but ONLY if you show me those dates.
We can all forget about this situation if I am wrong, and you are right that no such "retrieving" happened.
EDIT: Surprising how on the 12th you had 742 credits and then on the 21st you bought 10k but prior to having that you already have 15k in your account. For a person who said just got back from being out of town, you have a lot of credits who left on an all time low. And the pattern? On your credit log? Blue White Blue White then suddenly double Blue's? I'm sure IMVU wouldn't just mess up after a constant pattern, dontcha think.http://prnt.sc/bvx02t

I am going to buy more credits and make a support case and send you them okay?
| Thu Jul 21, 2016 8:18 pm|
I cannot rely on that support case anymore. I am only going to get those credits through direct transfer. And you will show me those 3 proofs. BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER.
But just out of curiosity, where did you get the 15k? :)
I kind of want to know when you got it.
