Does this make a difference? Someone had bought something from me and they put an address. Would paypal check up on me to see if I sent it? I can't send psd files in the mail lmao

It doesn't get brought up unless that person requests a refund, but it's a good practice to make sure people who send you money know to choose the no address option just in case. With an address attached on a virtual good, they could request a refund saying they never physically received their item in the mail.

It's easily fightable and there aren't a whole lot of shady people who buy artwork here.

i have the same problem too!
i saw that i have the option to refund payment
but i dont want to do it since it draws fees from my account!
i want to ask them to check the (actually virtual) product as received because i have a feeling that they will request the money back because they never received anything. tho i have finished their commission.
i do have a feeling that im going to be scammed since im a pretty unlucky person.

You should just let your buyers know to make sure they choose the "no shipping address needed" option when sending the payment. If the same people keep choosing not to remove the shipping address, then you probably shouldn't be selling them artwork.
