Hi everyone! I'm currently in my last year of university, graduating in May next year! I love art and I've tried my hand at various things such as drawing anime/chibis/doodles but it seems like I'm better at doing pixel art, so I've stuck with that since. I'm self-taught, so I'm still experimenting around with different styles. I've been running an active shop for over a year with a few hiatuses in between. I love GASR as it has a great community where I can interact with fellow artists and art lovers :) I've made many friends here over the years and I hope that continues for a long time to come!

Hello all. :3 So I'm brand-spanking-new to this site and would love to start up a custom art shop soon, but I was wondering: do people mostly want/look for little art for their DPs or do you think peeps would also pay for, like, more of a normal style? Like a full picture that doesn't fit into the DP box?

Sorry for the noob question lol thanks for your help! <3

Both. Some people look for DP art and some also look for big art of their characters. And usually the big art can be cropped into DPs

what i'd suggest is you offer two options:
-dp sized stuff
-"big art" which includes dp crops

then, you get the best of both worlds!

Overall, I think a lot of people in general prefer a full-sized drawing, whether it be a headshot, bust, half-body, etc, and then 1-2 dp-sized versions of it so they can appreciate it on here and maybe imvu.
