Idk if I am posting this right but yeah, move it for me if it's on the wrong place pls So What I wanted to ask is, when you come up with an idea for a pose you want to draw a character in, but you have no idea how to draw it, and you can't find references that look even close to the pose you have in mind, how do you guys do it?

Usually I just have one of my siblings model it for me, look at myself in a mirror, take a picture of myself or use a doll.

^^ I have one of those cheap little anatomy dolls you can get practically anywhere. (I got mine at walmart for like $3.) I actually have 2. I don't know how, I just ended up with two.
You can manipulate every part that has a joint, including the head. It's perfect for having a pose idea but not knowing how to put it on paper. It's also good for just playing around and coming up with a pose you like if you don't have an idea either.

They have more advanced ones like these, but I don't know where to get them, how much they cost, and I don't think they're really all that necessary. Just preference I guess.
