Hi, I'm Kori. I joined GASR in 2014 and have grown to love the community and people here. I'm a self taught hobby artist but I've liked to draw and paint ever since I can remember. I didn't get into using a tablet till a few years ago- and I love it. My family has always been a really big supporter in whatever I do, so I hope to continue and make it a more serious thing. I believe there's always room for me to improve so that's what I plan to do.

GASR Time

Sun Jul 26, 2015 3:06 pm
So I've been looking for the right area in GASR to find out where I can post a thread asking for good refs to base screens off of that others would buy/like to see, but I got confused whether it would be here, Off-Topic, Requests, or Tuts and Resources?

pls help  Not sure if want

@Bearss

Hello, love! This question was rather difficult for myself to answer as well. But the best place in my opinion is Tuts & resources;despite it mainly full of tuts. What you are asking for are resources; which fall into that section of the forum.
There is this nifty thread: [ HELP: ASK QUESTIONS FOR ANYTHING RELATING TO GRAPHIC ART ]

That can be a place to start or make your own topic. Best case is you start a topic and a moderator can move it to it's proper place (if it is incorrect or message a moderator before you do anything).

That is my best guess in posting in Tuts & Resources area;hope this helped.

Do you mean people give you real life clothes references/collage and you go find products that will look closest to the reference given
when gathered all your products and making it in a pack with different poses?

Then its best to post in the shop thread since you are offering services as a screeniemaker c:

If this is what you ment

To add on to this, many ask for thing like this within their shops. Usually people do a poll or add it to their forms for buyers to list what they want to see. I would actually not recommend tutorials or resources in this case as this does not seem to fit it as well since you are mainly just asking for a ton of references and not looking for how to make screenies/how to best show packs/etc. A shop is the best option as this point since we have no specific thread for this.

It is actually surprisingly easy to get an idea of what people like just based on what is ordered from you in premades but also in free/customs (where you can get a general idea of what is hot at the moment based on the orders). I've seen that you have done a few in the past, so why not think back to some of the types that were ordered? IMVU's catalog has tons to play with, and some of the best screenie makers I have seen have played around and tested ideas to try to fit a wide variety while also piecing together outfits others may not have even thought of beyond the standard classic looks.
