Hi, I'm Kori. I joined GASR in 2014 and have grown to love the community and people here. I'm a self taught hobby artist but I've liked to draw and paint ever since I can remember. I didn't get into using a tablet till a few years ago- and I love it. My family has always been a really big supporter in whatever I do, so I hope to continue and make it a more serious thing. I believe there's always room for me to improve so that's what I plan to do.

I will admit I was a bit thrown at first with the no premades in custom shops thing.

My first reaction was "Oh god no, moving things and the premade market Not sure if want " but after thinking on it the situation might not be so bad. I'm not sure about other's, but the only reason I kept premades in my shop is because they constantly got buried under the same 7 image heavy quoted premades over and over and over in the premade market . Though with the new rules in place maybe it won't be as bad to work with. Maybe with the loss of clutter in the market those who post in there will be able to keep up with their posts and update them when they've been sold, and those who like to spam premades will be easier to catch and whatnot. I know it's easier for us to just sell them in our shop and avoid the clutter of the market, but it's probably an unholy terror to the mods. Then there's also the peeps who post in the market and their shop and forget to update one or the other. It happens from time to time, and it does create layers of confusion.

I think looking at it from an efficiency point of view it's not too bad, and should work out okay because there isn't really a big reason why we absolutely need to sell them in customs (though I will miss my little premade post <3). It will make things easier on the customers because they won't have to read like 4 posts of custom rules to find the premade section, people can watch the premade threads of artists they love for premades only without being notified of every new order they get/spam messages, and you won't have to update multiple places when something has been sold/been put on hold/is back on sale after someone failed to pay/ etc. etc. I dunno I guess I'm saying just mess around with it for a maybe a month-ish maybe two (cause the first weeks of anything are always messy) and if we're really not fond it'll probably get put back in order.

edit: Though with the subsection for livestreaming I think it's a bit... yeah Not sure if want Cause from most livestream type threads I've seen they don't really last long/get updated much because people kinda livestream when they feel and I feel it could easily turn into a stream graveyard. Though I dunno I think it's another one of those I'd have to think on it things, but to me it kinda seems... iffy.

I love this. I mostly buy premades because I'm really busy irl, and it's kinda time-consuming having to look at every single thread title to see if there are premades there. Now there's a forum where it's all in one place and less of a hassle.

So.. I have to open up a thread to sell a premade now?

Nevermind, I saw you moved it into the actual premade thread.

Exactly dis cry

And we're still not sure, we're thinking of ways to hopefully reduce some of the overlap and allow people to sell the occasional premade in their shop.

I'd much prefer if people just included live stream links in their shop.
or if they are done with their thread (join me / live stream) get us to delete it.
