Artist of the Moment

Visit my shop View my bio

I'm a self taught artist/editor and was once an Instagram blogger but now I spend most of my times on IMVU doing DP art and maintaining a steady # of orders from various amazing people! One of my best accomplishments was winning 1st place locally in a Japanese Quiz Bowl in my state and won a chance to compete nationally against other states in Washington D.C. and so here I am still embracing my studies in Japanese although sometimes people think I look or am Japanese because I'm Asian haha. My favorite things are Anime, Utaite, Vocaloid, KPop, Fashion (especially Minimalism and Harajuku), Video Games, and Aesthetic Art :)

Shop Categories (Color-Coding System)

Hey guys! We are testing a new feature on the forum that allows you to categorize or color-code your shop. Hopefully, this feature will make it easier for customers to see which general category a shop falls under. By the end of this month, we will ask for your feedback and decide whether or not to continue this feature.

This is how the labeling will look like:

The categories

  • Art []
Paintings, avatar edits, drawings, sketches, chibis, etc.
Example: I offer display pictures, drawings, or both.
  • Icon/Banner []
Icons and/or banners – self explanatory
  • Pixel Art []
    Badges, sprites, chibis, etc.
  • Screenshots []
Single screenies or packs of screenies of an IMVU avatar
  • Other []
Texts, doodles, etc. – anything that does not fit the above categories
  • Mixed []
A combination of the above categories.
Example: I offer avatar pictures, icons, badges, and screenies.

How to apply a label to your shop

It is quite simple. Edit the first post of your shop and locate “Topic Icon” (this is below “Title of the Topic”). Then, tick the label that bests describes your shop.

Once you apply the label, it will appear to the left of your thread title in the sub forum.

Are these labels restricted to the Custom Art Shops forum?

Nope! You may use these labels in the following sub forums:

  • Custom Art Shops & Livestreams
  • Premade Art Shops
  • Free Practice Shops
  • Access Pass (AP) Art Services
  • Requests
  • Auctions
  • Looking for Partners
  • Critique and Pricing
  • Tutorials & Resources

In other words, you can use these labels anywhere except for the Off-Topic forum. If you use a label in the Off-Topic forum, we will remove the label.

We hope you guys find this feature helpful.

I have modified the list of where you can use the labels.
You may use the labels anywhere except for the Off-Topic forum.
I hope that is easier to understand.

may your limits be unknown
may your efforts be your own
